No university in India is on any of the three official lists: the UK's HPI lists 2021–2026, Hong Kong's Top Talent Pass Scheme list published December 2025 (four universities removed with effect from 1 January 2026) and Japan's J-Find list as of October 2026 (GOV.UK, Hong Kong Immigration Department and Immigration Services Agency of Japan, read on 5 November 2026).

Questions people ask
Can Indian graduates get the UK HPI visa?
No Indian university is on the HPI lists 2021–2026. The lists name universities, not nationalities; the guide says: “To apply, you must have been awarded a qualification by an eligible university in the last 5 years.” The other requirements (English, savings, fees) apply to everyone.
Is any Indian university on the HPI list?
No. None of the 82 universities on the 2026 list, or on the earlier lists since 2021, is in India.
Is any Indian university on the TTPS or J-Find list?
No. The Hong Kong list has 200 universities and institutions and the J-Find list 93; none is in India.
